การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปของธุรกิจ ประกอบด้วย บทบาทหน้าที่ในธุรกิจ จำนวนพนักงานในธุรกิจ จำนวนเงินในการลงทุน สินทรัพย์รวม และยอดขายต่อเดือน ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกเสื้อผ้าขนาดย่อมในตลาดนัดกลางคืนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการวางแผนธุรกิจ ส่วนประสมการตลาด 4P’s การบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียน และการบริหารความเสี่ยง ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกเสื้อผ้าขนาดย่อมในตลาดนัดกลางคืนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยจำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ การแจกแจงความถี่, ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ส่วนใหญ่เจ้าของเป็นผู้บริหารเอง มีจำนวนพนักงานในร้าน 1-3 คน ใช้เงินลงทุนน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 100,000 บาท มีสินทรัพย์รวมน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 300,000 บาท และมียอดขายต่อเดือนน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 50,000 บาท 2) ข้อมูลปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกเสื้อผ้าขนาดย่อมในตลาดนัดกลางคืนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนประสมการตลาด 4P’s มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด การบริหารความเสี่ยง การบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียน และการวางแผนธุรกิจ รองลงมาตามลาดับ 3) ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ของธุรกิจค้าปลีกเสื้อผ้าขนาดย่อมในตลาดนัดกลางคืนเขตกรุงเทพมหานครแตกต่างกันมีอิทธิพลต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจดังกล่าวแตกต่างกัน 4) ส่วนประสมการตลาด 4P’s และการบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียน มีอิทธิพลต่อความอยู่รอดของธุรกิจค้าปลีกเสื้อผ้าขนาดย่อมในตลาดนัดกลางคืนเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้นเมื่อเจ้าของธุรกิจต้องการประคับประคองธุรกิจให้อยู่รอด ควรปรับขนาดของธุรกิจลงให้เหมาะสมกับกำไรและค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นจริง เช่น ลดจำนวนสินทรัพย์รวมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกำไร แล้วเพิ่มระดับความสำคัญของส่วนประสมทางการตลาด 4P’s ควบคู่ไปกับการบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียนในธุรกิจอย่างระมัดระวัง

The samples used in this research were 400 samples. Questionnaires were the research instruments. Statistics in data analysis are Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression statistics. The results of the research can be summarized as follows, 1) General information about the small clothing retailers in the Bangkok Night Market, Most find that it’s operated by the owner, there are 1-3 employees in the shop, The investment amount is less than or equal to 100,000 baht, Total assets are less than or equal to 300,000 baht and the monthly sales are less than or equal to 50,000 baht. 2) General information about factor which influences the survival of the small clothing retailers in the Bangkok night market, overall views were at high level. The highest average was marketing mix and followed by risk management, working capital management and business planning as lowest. 3) The demographic characteristics of the small clothing retailers in the Bangkok night market are different, influencing the survival of such businesses differently. 4) Marketing mix (4P’s) and working capital management had a significant influence on the survival of the small clothing retailers in the Bangkok night market. So when business owners want to sustain their businesses to survive, they should adjust the size of the business to suit the actual profit and expenses such as reducing the total assets to be in line with the profit then increasing the importance of marketing mix (4P’s) along with managing the working capital in the business carefully.
