โครงงานวิศวกรรมฉบับนี้นำเสนอ เครื่องตรวจจับไฟฟ้าสถิตโดยแสดงผลบนมอนิเตอร์ เป็นการพัฒนาเครื่องตรวจจับไฟฟ้าสถิตให้สามารถตรวจจับไฟฟ้าสถิตได้ตลอดเวลา โดยใช้ไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ในการรับข้อมูลจากตัวตรวจจับไฟฟ้าสถิตแล้วทำการส่งข้อมูลที่ประมวลผลแล้วไปแสดงผลยังหน้าจอมอนิเตอร์ที่ได้ออกแบบซอฟแวร์ให้แสดงรูปคลื่นไฟฟ้าสถิตและนับจำนวนครั้งที่เกิดไฟฟ้าสถิต จากการศึกษาทดลองพบว่าสามารถตรวจจับและแสดงผลการเกิดไฟฟ้าสถิตมีความถูกต้องและใกล้เคียงกับความเป็นจริง
This engineer project proposes electrostatic discharge (ESD) monitoring device. The ESD monitoring device is developed to monitor ESD event. The microcontroller is received data from ESD detector, and sends evaluate data displaying on the PC screen. The program, to show ESD waveforms and frequency of ESD occurrences, is designed. Comparing to the measured results using oscilloscope, the experimental results show that the designed ESD monitoring device is able to detect and display ESD occurrences closed to the measured results from oscilloscope.
