โครงงานวิศวกรรมนี้ได้นำเสนอการแก้ปัญหาการวางแผนขยายระบบสายส่งโดยใช้วิธีดิฟเฟอร์เรนเชียลอิโวลูชั่นอัลกอริธึมแบบปรับตัวเองได้ โครงงานนี้ได้แบ่งออกเป็นสองส่วนคือ ส่วนของการออกแบบอัลกอริธึมและส่วนของการนำอัลกอริธึมมาแก้ปัญหาการวางแผนขยายระบบสายส่ง แบบสถิตยศาสตร์ (Static Planning) จำนวน 3 ปัญหา ในส่วนของการออกแบบอัลกอริธึมการปรับตัวเองนั้นได้ใช้ 2 วิธีเปรียบเทียบกัน วิธีแรกคือการปรับค่าพารามิเตอร์ครั้งละ 0.01 ในช่วงพารามิเตอร์ที่กำหนดส่วนวิธีที่สองคือการใช้ความน่าจะเป็นมาช่วยในการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าพารามิเตอร์และได้ใช้ปัญหาเชิงตัวเลขของเบนช์มาร์ค F1 F3 และ F5 ในการปรับจูนค่าในช่วงของพารามิเตอร์ F และ CR แล้วนำไปแก้ปัญหาการวางแผนขยายระบบสายส่ง จากการทดลองพบว่าวิธีใช้ความน่าจะเป็นในการเปลี่ยนค่าพารามิเตอร์โดยใช้ช่วงค่าพารามิเตอร์ Mutation Factor (F) = [0.4, 1] และ Crossover Constant (CR) = [0.8, 1] สามารถแก้ปัญหาการวางแผนขยายระบบสายส่งได้ดีที่สุด
A self-adaptive differential evolution algorithm (DEA) is proposed to solve the transmission expansion planning (TEP) problem. The works consist of two parts that are an algorithm design and the application of self-adaptive DEA for solving the static TEP problem. In the part of algorithm design, two strategies of self-adapting have been compared in this thesis. The first strategy sweeps control parameter value for 0.01 in specified range at each generation and the second one uses probability to change control parameter value. The numerical benchmark problems: F1, F3 and F5 are employed for tuning range of control parameter. Then this project uses the designed algorithm for solving three static TEP problems. From test results, the probability to change parameter value in range F = [0.4, 1] and CR = [0.8, 1] is the best strategy for solving this proposed TEP problem.
