| Abstract(TH): | การสืบสวนคดีอาชญากรรมและการกระทำผิดกฎหมายด้วยวิธีการที่มีความแน่นอนยุติธรรม มีอารยธรรม ตามหลักวิทยาศาสตร์และเคารพสิทธิของผู้ต้องสงสัยเป็นสิ่งที่ปรากฏขึ้นในโลกตะวันตกช่วงกลางคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 18 และได้พัฒนาต่อมาในช่วงคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 19พร้อมกับการเกิดขึ้นของตำรวจมืออาชีพ แล้วได้ขยายมาสู่เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้เมื่อชาติตะวันตกยึดครองดินแดนแถบนี้เป็นอาณานิคมในกรณีของสยามพบว่าการสืบสวนคดีอาชญากรรมแบบตะวันตกปรากฏในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 เมื่อมีการตั้งกองตำรวจสมัยใหม่ขึ้นและมีการนำเอาวิธีการสืบสวนคดีแบบตะวันตกมาใช้สืบเนื่องมาถึงสมัยรัชกาลที่ 6 โดยประเด็นที่บทความนี้นำเสนอคือการเกิดขึ้นของการสืบสวนคดีแบบใหม่และบริบทที่เกี่ยวข้อง |
| Abstract: | The investigating-methods in cases of a crime or any wrongdoing, which could be considered as accurate, fair, civilized, scientifical as well as respectful to the right of the suspects, took place in the European world in the middle of the 18th century. The methods had been continuously developed, so that professional police began to exist in the 19th century and was brought, alongside with the colonization of most part of Southeast-Asia, to this region.Siam firstly adopted western investigating-methods in the time of King Rama V., when a department of modern police was formed. The western investigating-methods were in used until the time of King Rama VI. It is thereby interesting to find out , the origin of new methods and its context. |
