Abstract

Mission of the university in all four areas, including learning, research, academic service to the community and the maintenance of arts and culture to develop the body of knowledge from real problem situations leading to the development of academic problems and issues Including projects and academic service activities that meet the needs of the community and society. Moreover, the suggestion for the role of the university serving society, the university should continue with the organization of academic service activities according to the dynamics of the community problems. And universities should encourage admission to small structured communities and lose social, economic and resource resources.
