| Abstract(TH): | โครงงานวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นี้เป็นการออกแบบ และสร้างเครื่องผลิตอาหารปลาสำเร็จรูป โดยการนำเอาส่วนผสมของสูตรอาหารปลามาทำการผสมที่ถังผสม จากนั้นเมื่อผสมได้ที่แล้วทำการเปิดลิ้นเพี่อส่งอาหารลงไปในกระบอกสูบเพี่อทำการอัดอาหารในกระบอกสูบออกทางแม่พิมพ์ซึ่งเจาะรูไว้ โดยใช้ความเร็วรอบในการอัด 5 รอบต่อนาที ทำให้ได้ปริมาณอาหารที่อัดออกมาในอัตรา 1.5 กก. โดยเฉลี่ยอัตราการผลิตประมาณ 22 กก. ต่อชั่วโมง ช่วยให้เกษตรกรประหยัดต้นทุนในการเลิ้ยงปลาได้มากขึ้น |
| บทคัดย่อ: | This engineering project is a designing and producing and producing machine for fish food Ingredient in the mixed bowl. After all stuffs are blended, open theclack valve in order to fill fish food in to the cylinder to compress and emit through the perforated mold . The compression speed is 5 rpm. 5 which is resulted in producing capacityof 1.5 kg. And the average production is 22 kg. per hour . This machine helps theagriculturist reduced the cost in fishing procedures. |
