dc.description.abstract	This engineering project reserch to sugarcane squeezes by squeeze machine. By use fresh sugarcane to peel oft’ to put in squeeze by transfer belt, revole speed of transfer set about 218 rpm. Squeeze shaft system have squeeze shaft 2 set. Made from stanless steel by first set use for press sugarcane until have a smallest second set use for squeeze sugarcane until molase to lose from sugarcane. Second squeeze shaft use revole about 218 rpm. This machine can make molase about 20.31l/hr use motor 2 hp 1450 rpm. From testing this machine by use fresh sugarcane to peel of 2 kg can give molase 1.5 kg use for test 3.5 minute just have humidity of sugarcane garbage 20%	th_TH

dc.description.abstractthai	โครงงานวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นี้ได้ศึกษาถึง การรีดอ้อยด้วยเครื่องรีด โดยนำอ้อยสดมาปอกเปลือก แล้วนำไปใส่ในชุดลำเลียงอ้อยเข้าสู่เครื่องรีด ชุดลำเลียงอ้อยใช้ความเร็วรอบประมาณ 218 rpm ส่วนเพลารีดจะมีชุดรีด 2 ชุด ซึ่งท้าจากเหล็กสเตนเลส โดยชุดแรกจะเป็นตัวบีบอ้อยให้มีขนาดเล็กลง ต่อจากนั้นจะส่งไปยังชุดเพลารีดชุดที่ 2 ซึ่งมีระยะห่างของแต่ละเพลาน้อยกว่าชุดรีดชุดแรก ชุดเพลารีดชุดที่ 2 จะเป็นชุคที่รีดใหน้ำในอ้อยออกจนหมด โดยใช้ความเร็วรอนของเพลารีดประมาณ 218 rpm จะทำให้ได้น้ำอ้อยในปริมาณประมาณ 20.31 l/hrโดยใช้มอเตอร์ขับความเร็วรอบ 1450 rpm ขนาด 2 hpจากการทดสอบเครื่องรีดน้ำอ้อยใช้อ้อยสดปอกเปลึอก 2 kg จะได้น้ำอ้อย 1.5 kgใช้เวลาทดสอบ 3.5 นาที จะได้เปอร์เซนค์ความชื้นของกากอ้อย 20 เปอร์เซนฅ์	th_TH
