| Abstract(TH): | โครงงานวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นี้เป็นชุดสาธิตระบบส่งกำลังในรถยนต์ ซึ๋ง Lay out ผ่าเกียร์และเฟืองท้าย เพื่อให้เห็นหลักการทำงานของเฟืองท้าย และเกียร์ ในตำแหน่งการเข้าเกียร์ในแต่ละตำแหน่งของเกียร์ ซึ่งได้ติดตั้งมอเตอร์ไว้ เพื่อขับให้ input shat ของเกียร์หมุน เพื่อที่จะได้คำนวณหาค่าอัตราทดของเกียร์และเฟืองได้ อัตราทดของเกียร์ คือ เกียร์ 1 ได้ L3.789, เกียร์ 2 ได้ 1:2220,เกียร์ 3 ไต้ 1:1.335, เกียร์ 4 ได้ 1:1 และเกียร์ถอยหลังได้ 1:4.210 และอัตราทดเสองท้ายได้ 1:3.889ผลการทดลองพบว่าอัตราทดได้ใกล้เคียงกับการคำนวณจากจำนวนสนของเฟืองทดมาก นอกจากนี้ชุดสาธิตนี้ยังสามารถทดลองการทำงานค่าง ๆ ของชุดเฟืองท้ายและเสองดอกจอกใท้เห็นจริงได้อีกด้วย |
| Abstract: | This Engineering Project was demonstrated automotive transmission system, which shown cutaway of all transmission system. In this project we use electric motor for prime driver and can calcdate transmission ratio as follow 1:3.789 for the first, 1:2.220 for the second, 1:1.335 for the third, 1:1 for the last gear and 1:4.210 for reward idler gear. From the result we can concluded transmission ratio nearly same as calculation and the other benefit was can shown the function work of rear transmission system and input shaft in realistic |
