| Abstract(TH): | โครงงานวิศวกรรมศาสตร์นี้ ได้ศึกษาถึงการซอยมันเทศให้เป็นเส้นโดยใช้เครื่องซอยเอนกประสงค์ซึ่งจะประกอบไปด้วยมอเตอร์2 ตัว ส่งกำลังโดยใช้หลักการของสก}ส่งกำลัง มอเตอร์ตัวที1 จะเป็นชุดกดเคลื่อนที่ขีนลงในแนวดิ่ง ส่วนมอเตอร์ดัวที่ 2 จะเป็นชุดใบมีดจะเคลื่อนที่ไป-มาในแนวนอน ใบมีดจะมีลักษณะเป็นแผ่นเจาะขึ้นรูปเป็นคมมีด โดยการนำมันเทศมาวางบนใบมีดมอเตอร์ตัวที่ 1 จะกดมันเทศให้ติดกับใบมีดจากนั้นมอเตอร์ตัวที่ 2 จะทำการดัดเฉือนทำให้มันเทศออกมาเป็นเส้นและหล่นลงมาที่ถาดรับด้านล่างจากผลการทดลองซึ่งใช้ความเร็วรอบของมอเตอร์2750รอบ/นาที ปริมาณมันเทศที่ใช้ซอย398.21 กรัมน้ำหนักมันเทศที่ได้จากการซอย 361.0กรัมนั้าหนักเศษที่เหลือ 36.82 กรัมเวลาที่ใช้ในการซอย2.44 นาที |
| Abstract: | This Engineer report is objective for building multipurpose shredder machine. This multipurpose shredder machine have two motcr.First motor move up and down in vertical and second motor move in horizontal. Operate by put sweet potato on the blade the first motor is run and push down sweet potato. After that the second motor is run and si ide in horizontal. Sweet potato shredder fall below.
