| Abstract(TH): | บทสรุปการประดิษฐ์ สูตรน้ำมันหอมระเหยต้านเชื้อรา Aspergillus niger ประกอบด้วยน้ำมันเหง้าขิงและน้ำมันเหง้าข่าใน อัตราส่วน 1:1 โดยสูตรน้ำมันหอมระเหยมีฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อรา Aspergillus niger มีค่าความเข้มข้นต่ำสุดที่ สามารถยับยั้งการเจิญเติบโตของเชื้อ เท่ากับ 0.0625% โดยปริมาตร และกรรมวิธีการผลิตน้ำมันหอมระเหย ต้านเชื้อรา Aspergillus niger ใช้วิธีการกลั่นด้วยน้ำ เพื่อให้ได้น้ำมันหอมระเหยสูตรผสมน้ำมันเหง้าขิง น้ำมัน เหง้าข่าที่มีการเสริมฤทธิ์กันและมีความจำเพาะในการยับยั้งเชื้อรา Aspergillus niger |
