| dc.description.abstractthai | การประดิษฐ์นี้เกี่ยวข้องกับชุดไพรเมอร์ (primer) ที่ออกแบบจากลำดิบเบสในส่วนของยีน Phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase (prs gene) สำหรับตรวจเชื้อลิสทีเรียสปีชี่ (Listeria sp.J ด้วยปฏิกิริยาเพิ่มขยายจำนวนดีเอ็นเอ ที่ซึ่งกระทำด้วยปฏิกิริยาโพลีเมอเรสเชนรีแอคชั่น (Polymerase Chain Reaction) หรือ พีซีอาร์ (PCR) หรือ ที่ซึ่งกระทำด้วยปฏิกิริยาลูพเมดดิเอทเตด ไอโซเทอร์มอล แอมพลิฟีเคชั่น (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) หรือแลมป์ (LAMP) และตรวจสอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากปฏิกิริยาเพิ่มขยายจำนวนดีเอ็นเอ ด้วยวิธี พีซีอาร์ (PCR) หรือแลมป์ (LAMP) ด้วย การใช้ตัวตรวจจับ (DNA probe) ออกแบบจากลำดับเบสในส่วนของยีน Phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate synthetase (prs gene) สำหรับตรวจเชื้อลิสทีเรียสปีชี่ (Listeria sp.) โดยผนวกกับ แผ่นตรวจจัดแบบแถบสี (Dipstick) มีบทสรุปดังนี้ 1) เป็นชุดตรวจอย่างง่าย สะดวก และรวดเร็ว ทราบผลในเวลา 1 - 3 ชั่วโมง จึงสามารถน้ำไปใช้ ตรวจภาคสนาม (point-of-care) ได้ 2) มีความจำเพาะ (specificity) สูง 3) มีความแม่นยำสูงสามารถตรวจพบได้ในระดับปริมาณตํ่าสุด (limit of detection) ที่ปริมาณดีเอ็น เอระดับเฟรมโตกรัม (fg) 4) ใช้สำหรับลิสทีเรียสปีชี่ (Listeria sp.) | - |
