พฤติกรรมการอ่านดิจิทัล: กรณีศึกษานิสิตสารสนเทศศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการอ่านดิจิทัล ปัญหาในการอ่านดิจิทัล และ เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการอ่านดิจิทัลและปัญหาในการอ่านดิจิทัลของนิสิตระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชา สารสนเทศศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นิสิตระดับปริญญา ตรี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาสารสนเทศศึกษาที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในเทอม 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 137 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ โดยการหาค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องมากกว่า 0.5 และมีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ 0.94 วิเคราะห:ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test independent ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นิสิตส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ส่วนใหญ่ สมาร์ตโฟนเป็นอุปกรณ์สำหรับการ อ่านดิจิทัล และใช้เวลาในการอ่านดิจิทัลแต่ละครั้งไม่เกิน 1 ชั่วโมง สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ในการอ่านดิจิทัลคือ เพื่อความบันเทิง สนุกสนาน คลายเครียดโดยเน้นอ่านเนื้อหาด้านบันเทิงมากที่สุด อ่านจากสารสนเทศประเภท สื่อสังคมออนไลน:ทางอุปกรณ:สมาร์ทโฟน มีลักษณะการอ่านแบบกว้างขวาง ใช้ฟังก์ชันการค้นหาคำภายใน เนื้อหาที่อ่าน และบันทึกข้อมูลที่อ่านด้วยการจับภาพหน้าจอเพื่อเก็บไว้อ่านเองหรือแชร์ให้กับผู้อื่น ส่วนเหตุผล ที่เลือกอ่านในรูปแบบดิจิทัลเพราะสามารถอ่านสารสนเทศดิจิทัลได้ทันทีที่ต้องการและอ่านได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา โดยมีปัญหาในการอ่านดิจิทัลในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการอ่านดิจิทัลและปัญหาใน การอ่านดิจิทัล พบว่า นิสิตที่ศึกษาในระดับชั้นปีแตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการอ่านดิจิทัลและปัญหาในการอ่าน ดิจิทัลโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

This research aimed to study reading behavior, problems of digital reading a n d comparison of reading behavior and problems of digital reading of Information Studies Students at Srinakharinwirot University. The samples consisted of 137 undergraduate Information Studies students registered in term 1 academic year 2020. Questionnaire was used as a research tool for data collection. Which passed the tool quality examination by finding the content consistency, got a consistency index greater than 0.5 and the whole version of accuracy 0.94. The data analyze were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and ttest independent. The results showed that the student of the respondents were female 1st year study. For the most part, a smart phone is a digital reading device. The purpose of reading digital is for entertainment, fun, relieve stress, focus on reading entertainment content the most. Read from social media information on smartphone device. Extensive reading was the most common reading style among the samples. Throughout reading, students often use certain features such as word search, and save the information by capture to read later or share with others. The reason of choosing digital reading was that the samples could read whenever and wherever they needed. The students of the samples spent Less than 1 hour for reading. As for the problems of the digital reading was at a moderate level. Lastly, the undergrad students behave similarly and have similar problems which did not depend on year.
