ความร่วมมือระหว่างอาจารย์กับบรรณารักษ์ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ แบบผสมผสานเพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างนวัตกรรมห้องสมุดของผู้เรียน ด้านบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความเป็นจริงและความคาดหวังของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบทบาทบรรณารักษ์และศึกษาความพึงพอใจและความคิดเห็นของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อบรรณารักษ์ที่เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนผสมผสานเพื่อส่งเสริมการสร้างนวัตกรรมห้องสมุดสำหรับผู้เรียนด้านบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 หลักสูตรสารสนเทศศึกษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ จำนวน 38 คนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาประเด็นปัญหาปัจจุบัน ในภาคการศึกษาปลายปี 2559 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความเห็นต่อบทบาทของบรรณารักษ์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาถึงความแตกต่างตามสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสิ่งที่คาดหวังที่มีต่อบทบาทบรรณารักษ์ในภาพรวม พบว่า สิ่งที่คาดหวังมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากกว่าสภาพที่เป็นจริงในทุกรายด้านและทุกรายข้อ และเมื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็น (Needs assessment) ด้วยดัชนี PNI modified เพื่อระบุความต้องการจำเป็นในรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีความต้องการจำเป็นในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการให้คำแนะนำบนเครื่องมือออนไลน์จากบรรณารักษ์เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมือ คือด้านทักษะความรู้ในเนื้อหารายวิชา และด้านการให้คำแนะนำและข้อเสนอแนะในชั้นเรียน ตามลำดับ

The purpose of this article is to survey the students current condition and desired condition of expectation, satisfaction and opinion on the librarian’s role and involvement in the blending learning activities to encourage the students to create library innovation. The sample group includes 38 library and information science students from Srinakharinwirot University who enroll in the study of current Issues course in the second semester of 2016. The data collection methods are the use of questionnaire and the interview of the students. It was found that the students’ opinions on the librarian’s overall role and participation in the teaching activities are high. When consider on students’ opinion on what should be and what is on the librarian’s role, the result is that the average score for what should be is higher than what is in every factor. The students’ need assessment is analyzed by using PNI modified to indicate the individual factor of need assessment. It is found that the students’ most important need is the librarian’s participation in the online consultation. Next is the librarian’s knowledge skills in the library and information science, and last is their in-class advice and suggestion.
