บทคัดย่อ: The purpose of this research was to study and compare the staff opinions on educational quality assurance of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy, in four aspects: 1) staff preparation 2) the establishment of internal education quality assurance office 3) operation plans 4) operation plan achievement. The sample of this study was 520 personnel of Royal Thai Air Force Academy. They were classified by their status, working experiences, ranks, salaries, educational background, and belonging divisions. The research instruments used in this study were Likert; s 5 rating-scale questionnaires with the reliability of 0.946. Mean, standard deviation, one way analysis of variance, and Scheffe's test were statistically used for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: The opinions of the staff on overall aspect of educational quality assurance were at a high level. The staff, which had different status, working experiences, ranks, salaries, educational background, and belonging divisions, showed significant differences in their opinions on educational quality assurance operation in each aspect.
