dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to analyze the damage behaviors of the components of a subsoil opener of size is 900 mm in height, 490 mm in width, and 75.6 mm in thickness by 10 mm in thickness of plowing blades at a 31° angle. Moreover, the use of an appropriate method will help reduce the damage of its subsoil opener. The research construction began with the building of a model with its parts in three dimensions (3D). Following this, the Finite Element Method (FEM) model was built. Finally, in the test, the properties of the materials used and certain test conditions were specified and analyzed. The findings of the experiment reveal that the draft distribution of the subsoil opener is likely to increase when the depth of the soil and the density of the residue are increased. In fact, the drawbar power is likely to be higher when the depth of soil and the density of residue increase. It was, therefore, draft of 7,162.99 N at velocity of 2.536 km/hr and the stress Von Mises type was 6.530 MPa. It was optimization velocity of a tractor reduce fuel consumption and maximum torque. © Research India Publications.
