dc.description.abstract | The thermal performance characteristics of the liquid cooling vapor chamber have been investigated. Experiments are built and tested using a confined liquid impinging configuration. Parametric studies including different heat source size, material of fin, channel width, and mass flow rate of the coolants on the cooling performance in terms of the heat transfer and thermal resistance characteristics are considered. These obtained results are useful for the design to improve thermal performance of the vapor chamber, and also diminished the expense and time of the experiments. © Research India Publications. | |
