บทคัดย่อ: | In the present, the needs and tastes of the market are rapidly changing. The organizations need to adopt the principles of sustainable development in order to survive in a competitive environment. This means that organizations need to develop innovative products. In this study, we propose a methodology for product development, the method combines a Fuzzy-QFD technique for weighting the needs of the customer. A Fuzzy-QFD mention that it can be used in different ways, to solve a large number of design problems with the TRIZ Methodology to identify innovative design alternatives. The first study determines the needs of customers. A fuzzy set approach is used to effectively determine the design requirements of product development. Thereafter, based on QFD to identify technical requirements and correlated with TRIZ to identify innovative design alternatives. These design changes were then incorporated into the component. A case study involving design of a 5-axis CNC machine from a 3-axis CNC machine and the applicability of our approach. It is realized that the proposed approach can develop machines needed to meet customer requirements. © 2017 IEEE. |
