dc.description.abstract | The design and development of a product are very important for a new business. Development of a problem statement, conceptual design, selecting conceptual design will be the major step. In this paper using Triz Methodology and Pugh Matrix approach to solving the step of selecting a conceptual design. In this case study, we approach Triz Methodology and Pugh Matrix to designing AS/RS training kit. The results of the research have made a successful experiment with more objectivity and this model can be applied in different ways and can adapt to solve design problems. © 2019 IEEE. | |
