In this paper, the do-it-yourself CO2 incubator embedded with adjustable static magnetic field suitable for biological research laboratories is proposed. To guarantee the effectiveness of proposed DIY CO2 incubator, the Leukemic T-cells are observed and counted cells in term of cell culture to compared proliferation rate of cells under the commercial and proposed DIY CO2 incubators. From the experimental results, it shows a good agreement between proposed and commercial CO2 incubators in terms of operating and culturing cells for 36 hrs. Finally, for adjustable static magnetic field generator, the design procedure is also provided. © 2020 IEEE.
