ในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีการค้นหาตำแหน่งของสถานที่ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ชื่อสถานที่หรือที่อยู่ได้มีความสำคัญอย่างมากในชีวิตประจำวัน ในระบบการค้นหานี้คำค้นหาจะมีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก ถ้าผู้ใช้ป้อนคำค้นหาที่ผิดพลาด หรือเขียนผิด อาจทำให้โปรแกรมไม่สามารถหาตำแหน่งของสถานที่ที่ต้องการได้ การศึกษานี้มุ่งพัฒนาระบบการจัดการข้อความ เพื่อตรวจและแก้ไขข้อความสำหรับค้นหาสถานที่ โดยมีขอบเขตสถานที่ครอบคลุมทั้งประเทศไทย ใช้เทคนิค Name Entity Recognition ในการแยกแยะชื่อสถานที่ออกจากประโยค โดยอาศัยแบบจำลอง Conditional Random Field จากนั้นจะใช้แบบจำลอง Gated Recurrent Unit ในการแบ่งคำจากประโยค เพื่อนำคำแต่ละคำมาแก้ไขคำที่เขียนผิดพลาดให้ถูกต้องโดยใช้แบบจำลอง K Nearest Neighbor และนำคำเหล่านี้มาตรวจว่าเป็นคำที่เกี่ยวข้องกับที่อยู่หรือไม่ ด้วยแบบจำลอง Bi Long Short Term Memory เพื่อนำมาประกอบกันให้เป็นประโยคที่อยู่ที่ถูกต้อง ผลการทดลองพบว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความแม่นยำถึง 78 เปอร์เซ็นต์
Nowadays, location search using computer has become one of the important application in our life. However, if the user fails to input accurate searching phrase, the sever cannot provide correct location and navigation for that query. In this study, we aim at developing a machine learning system for processing and correcting location searching query. Our system is developed for searching query in Thai with the target locations in Thailand. We adopt name entity recognition technique to tokenize location name using conditional random field. Then, we use neural network to correct the erroneous phrases by using Bi-LSTM model to perform this task. The experimental results show that the accuracy of our system is as high as 78 percent.
