dc.description.abstract Physical computer models are important in order to investigate simulation results. This paper presents how to make an easy human thorax model, combining a whole heart, left and right lungs, and a chest. Geometric approximation algorithms were employed to model the human thorax from raw geometric data. This human thorax model was constructed using commercial software. Results showed a whole human thorax model. © 2011 IEEE.
