งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบและจดจําใบหน้าแบบเวลาจริง เพื่อแยกแยะผู้ที่เคยเข้ามาในระบบ แล้วออกจากผู้ที ่เข้ามาในระบบเป็นครั้งแรกและสร้างฐานข้อมูลสําหรับกําหนดเอกลักษณ์ให้กับผู้ที่เคยเข้ามาในระบบแล้วโดยใช้ภาพนิ่งที่ได้จากวีดีโอที่ติดตั้งเพื่อตรวจจับใบหน้าของผู้เข้ารับบริการ โดยการใช้เทคนิคการเรียนรู้แบบครั้งเดียว (one-shot learning) เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถประมวลผลได้รวดเร็ว และ ไม่จําเป็นต้องเสียเวลาในการสร้างแบบจําลอง โดยระบบการเรียนรู้แบบครั้งเดียวนี้จะสร้างฟีเจอร์เวคเตอร์สําหรับแต่ละรูปภาพ จากนั้นจะสร้างระบบการเรียนรู้เพื่อแยกแยะข้อมูลกลุ่มของข้อมูลและตรวจหาข้อมูลที่อยู่นอกกลุ่ม ระบบที่ได้นี้สามารถนําไปใช้ร่วมกับระบบการแยกแยะและตรวจสอบเอกลักษณ์เพื่อประยุกตร์ใช้ในงานได้อย่างกว้างขวาง ทั้งในงานสําหรับรู้จําตรวจสอบข้อมูลของลูกค้าเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริการในร้านค้าหรือธุรกิจ ไปจนถึงระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย
This study aims at developing a real-time face recognition system without pre-registered face data. The system performs real-time face registration and recognition. When a person enters the system, his face is detected and processed. If a new face is detected the system perform face registration process in which the identity of the new person is created and the image and related data of the person is collected. If the face of a person is already in the database, the system will update the information of the current visit. Without the pre-register process, we use one-shot learning techniques for
mapping faces to feature vectors. The system uses machine learning algorithm to make inference whether the detected face is already kept in the database, or a new face is detected. The proposed system can be applied to a wide range of applications including customer services , business and security system.
